Policies
Musictoyz.com's Return Policy is as follows:
1. You may return your item - no questions asked - up to five (5)days after you have received it. All you are responsible for are the shipping costs to and from it's destination. How to return an item
2. If an item is received broken, we will try to replace it ASAP. Sometimes we are out of stock, etc.
3. After five (5) days a defective product must be sent to the manufacturer for repair. We would love to help you, but the manufacturer will not allow us to return broken gear to them after that time limit - so we get stuck.
4. We credit your Mastercard, etc. ASAP. It may take the credit card company up to 4 days to credit your account.
5. There is no returns on pickups or installed electronics, pots, switchs etc.
Musictoyz.com's Out-of-Stock Policy is as follows:
1. We try to notify everyone on what is in and out of stock. Sometimes items do get by us. We will hold all orders until filled unless notified.
2. We DO NOT charge your card until items are shipped. Yes sometimes your card is charged if an ordered item is set to arrive within 48 hours. NOTE: If you use paypal you will be charged when you make the order. Paypal is actually charging you not us.
