Pedal Power ISO 5

Pedal Power ISO-5 is an isolated power supply for powering guitar pedal effects and accessories. It's the ultimate compact solution for smaller pedalboards, rack shelves, or even as an additional power supply for larger boards. With five isolated, filtered and regulated output sections, ISO-5 keeps even the most sensitive vintage and boutique analog pedals dead quiet.

Pedal Power ISO-5 includes a high-current output which will properly power modern digital power-hungry effects like those from Eventide, Line 6, and TC Electronic. There's also a dedicated 18V output for those pedals which need the higher voltage for extra headroom.

Important!
Pedal Power ISO-5 is manufactured to operate from a specific supply voltage. There are three different models, which accept 100V, 120V, or 240V mains. All units sold in North America are for 120V only. You cannot operate a 120V model using 240V power without the correct step down transformer. The supply voltage is marked on the bottom of the unit.

Short Circuit Protection
Every output on Pedal Power ISO-5 is individually short-circuit protected. This means that if you have a short in a power cable, or one of your pedals malfunctions, ISO-5 will turn off the power to only that pedal. All other outputs will continue to function normally with no long-term damage.

The Voodoo Lab Amp Selector is the ultimate stand-alone tool for switching your guitar into multi-amps. It lets you use up to four amps simultaneously without added hum or loss of tone. Sparkle Drive

Voodoo Lab Sparkle Drive is an overdrive pedal featuring a unique “clean” control. It's overdrive circuit provides the same tone as a vintage ‘808. Then the clean control blends back in a boosted direct signal. This restores the attack and feel which is lost in a highly compressed overdrive circuit.

The Sparkle Drive utilizes the same concept as layering two amps, one clean and the other saturated. Of course with the clean control turned down, you get a classic overdrive tone. All the way up, it provides a super transparent, 100% clean boost.

The Voodoo Lab Proctavia is an exact replica of Tycobrahe Sound Company's Octavia, the model used by Stevie Ray Vaughan and considered the most desirable by vintage collectors.

Tremolo

The Voodoo Lab Tremolo re-creates the buttery, seductive tone of a vintage tube amp tremolo. This is accomplished by using the same lamp and photocell assembly found in many popular vintage amps.

This pedal also features a slope control which lets you adjust the feel from a traditional soothing tremolo to a hard “machine-gun” stutter. Speed and intensity controls provide a wide range to include very slow and deep sounds. A volume control lets you cut or boost the output level. New features include two outputs that will power Line 6 modeling pedals and two outputs that can have a variable voltage "sag" to emulate dying carbon batteries. Isolated Outputs
Each output is completely isolated. This means that you won't have any ground loops or interaction between pedals that can cause hum and noise. It also means that unlike other "common ground" power supplies, you can run effects that have both negative and positive grounds without difficulty.

Boss Pedals
There are two types of Boss pedal effects, which specify either PSA or ACA type power supplies. Boss pedals specifying the PSA type adapter operate at 9V like most other pedals. Boss pedals which specify the ACA type adapter operate at a higher voltage.

The Voodoo Lab Pedal Power is the only universal power supply available which will power any type of Boss pedal effect. There is a selector switch for each DC output on the bottom of the Pedal Power to select the correct voltage.

Short Circuit Protection
Each output on the Pedal Power is short-circuit protected. Toroidal Transformer
Power transformers create an electric field that can cause hum and noise in your effects. Some effects, such as wahs, are particularly susceptible to this.
