Verbzilla

Verbzilla™ pedal brings luscious, studio-grade algorithms right to your pedalboard. This stompbox-sized miracle has 11 amazing reverb models that are considered must-have sounds for any kind of music. Verbzilla delivers everything from classic guitar amp-style spring reverb to dreamy, high-end studio favorites right at the touch of a footswitch!

This switch is used to select from 11 distinctly different types:

'63 Spring - Based on* a Fender® 1963 brown spring reverb head unit. Best known for great surf guitar tone!

Spring - Based on a studio spring reverb.

Plate - Based on a studio plate reverb.

Room - Simulates the acoustic properties of a classic echo chamber that consists mainly of early reflections.

Chamber - An elongated ambient space such as a hall, stairwell or elevator shaft creates this reverb type. Dreamy.

Hall - Simulates the sound of a concert hall or large open space with a strong reverb tail. Imagine a gymnasium, performance hall, or cathedral.

Ducking - Built using a 'Hall' but with a ducking effect. The volume of your reverb is "ducked" (reduced) while you're playing, and increases when you stop. This allows for clean musical passages with a touch of reverb that ramps up in volume once you stop playing.

Octo - Creates a lush, ambient space with a harmonized decay whose harmonic denseness is controlled by the time knob. Use volume swells and prepare to float on a cloud!

Cave - Surreal cavernous echo chamber.

Tile - Emulates the acoustic reflections of a tiled room, such as a bathroom with bright early reflections.

Echo - Just like it says ...echo...echo...echo.

Mix - Allows you to control the amount of reverb in your signal from dry to 100% wet.

Decay - Controls how quickly the reverb tail fades to silence.

Time - Controls the length of pre-delay. This is the amount of delay before the signal hits the reverb chamber.

Tone - Allows you to adjust the tonal character of the reverb, giving you the flexibility to go from dark and subtle to bright and splashy.

Trails Switch - When switched on, Verbzilla's processing is engaged while in bypass, so reverb smoothly trails away when you kick the effect off.

Liqua-Flange

Burn down the house with the new ToneCore™ Liqua-Flange™. Liqua-Flange has selectable Digital, Liquid, and Analog models all with pass through zero settings that will make your guitar sound like itís coming down from the sky. This pedal sized miracle delivers classic studio flange sounds and some that havenít ever been heard. Donít wait, start your journey to flanged enlightenment now!

Model Switch - This switch is used to select three distinctly different types:

Digital - The wet signal has a flat frequency response.

Liquid - Has dual delay lines with the modulation offset from each other.

Analog - The wet signal has the frequency response of classic analog devices.

Polarity Switch - Allows you to select Negative or Positive phase for the delay line. When summed together with the original signal, changing the phase can result in some very dramatic effects.

Wave Select Knob - Select from 11 amazing waveforms that get you everywhere from classic stompbox to modern studio and beyond.

Saw Down - This wave has a shape that resembles the teeth on the blade of a saw. Within one cycle this wave falls linearly, then immediately rises to itís starting point.

Saw Up - This is an inverted version of Saw Down where the wave has a smooth linear rise and an immediate drop at the end of its cycle.

Envelope Down - This modulation source uses an envelope follower to track the amplitude variations of the input signal and produce a control signal that modulates the flangerís delay time.

Envelope Up - An inverted version of Envelope Down.

Sine - Uses a sinusoidal waveform as the modulation source.

Step - Uses a modulation waveform produced by a random value generator where each cycle of the LFO produces a different modulation level.

Random - Same as Step but with a smoothing filter applied to the output of the LFO, producing smooth value changes with each LFO cycle.

Vintage - Based on* the unique waveform of the classic MXR® flanger.

Chorus - Uses a triangle modulation waveform with an extended offset and range to produce a chorus effect.

Trigger Up - Uses a modulation source derived from attack detection DSP, this in turn triggers an envelope that rises linearly. The rise time is determined by the speed knob.

Trigger Down - Same as Trigger Up but with a falling envelope.

Time Knob - Controls the amount the delay line is delayed as compared to the original signal. The fully counter clockwise position, labeled ZERO, indicates the time difference between the delay line and the original signal is zero. At this point the two signals are said to be "in phase" and when the polarity is set to negative, what is common between the two signals will cancel out completely.

Speed Knob - Controls the rate at which the delay lineís time is modulated. Turning the speed control fully counter clockwise to the OFF position stops the modulation of the delay line completely.

Feedback Knob - Increases the amount of the wet signal fed back into the input of the effect. Increasing feedback (clockwise rotation) will increase the intensity of the flange.

Range Knob - Range knob tells the filter how far up or down the frequency spectrum you want the filter to travel. Low range settings will accentuate lower frequencies; increased range will accentuate higher frequencies.

Depth Knob - Controls how widely the delay line will be modulated.

Tap Tempo - Using the innovative ToneCore double-action footswitch, you can tap a couple times and have the flanging pulsations match your tempo. Whether the effect is active or bypassed, you can tap the footswitch lightly to set your tempo. Your first two taps establish the tempo and any additional taps will be averaged in. The Tap Tremolo indicator light flashes the tempo in green when the effect is ON and amber when the effect is OFF.

Otto Filter

Get your hands on tones that are truly funky with the ToneCore™ Otto Filter™ pedal. Otto Filter delivers a splendid cornucopia of auto wah filter effects with Band Pass, Low Pass, and custom Line 6 Twin Filter models that bring ultra-funky and experimental sounds to your pedal board.

Filter Switch - This switch is used to select three distinctly different filter types:

BP Band Pass - Low frequencies and high frequencies are cut, leaving only the frequencies in between. The center frequency of the band moves in response to the dynamics of your playing.

TF Twin Filter - Two band-pass filters move in opposite directions of each other. One band moves from high to low, the other from low to high. The center frequency of each band moves in response to the dynamics of your playing.

LP Low Pass - Low frequencies are passed while high frequencies are cut. The cutoff frequency of the band moves in response to the dynamics of your playing.

Mode Switch - Selects if the filter moves Up or Down the frequency spectrum.

Up - The filter travels from low frequencies (when your playing soft) to higher frequencies (when you play louder).

Down - The filter travels from high frequencies (when playing soft) to low frequencies (when playing louder).

Sens - The Sensitivity knob controls how the filter responds to the dynamics of your playing. Higher sensitivity settings make it easier to get the filter in motion during quiet passages. At low sensitivity settings you must play harder to get the filter moving.

Range - Range knob tells the filter how far up or down the frequency spectrum you want the filter to travel. Low range settings will accentuate lower frequencies; increased range will accentuate higher frequencies.

Peak - The Peak knob controls the filter's shape. Increase Peak to narrow the filter for a more dramatic effect. For a milder effect, decrease Peak to widen the filter.

Dr Distorto

If you like singing lead tones with massive sustain, Dr. Distorto™ is for you. This pedal has classic, full-bodied distortion tones with the ability to achieve incredible sustain at any distortion level using an innovative harmonic feedback circuit. No matter what your distortion setting, you'll get feedback perfection every time with Dr. Distorto.

FEEDBACK/SUSTAINER CONTROLS
FDBK - The feedback switch is used to configure Dr. Distorto's unique harmonic sustainer circuit.

Off - This disables the feedback portion of the pedal, leaving Rise, Fall and Blend non-functional. This setting is great for using Dr. Distorto as a distortion box only.

Sustain - Provides a sustained tone that will be in unison with any single note played.

Octave - Provides a sustained tone that is one octave above any single note played.

Rise - Adjusts the amount of time it takes the feedbacker to begin sustaining a tone.

Fall - Adjusts the amount time it takes the feedbacker to stop sustaining a tone.

Blend - Adjusts the volume of the feedbacker's sustained tone.

DISTORTION CONTROLS
Level - The Level knob controls the output level of the pedal. It does not affect the pedal's tone or FX section in any other way.

Drive - The Drive knob dials in the amount of distortion created by the pedal. Use this with the tone knob to dial in the perfect overdriven tone.

Tone - The Tone knob allows you to smoothly morph from a fuzz distortion tone to a classic drive tone using only one dial.

Gate - The Gate switch is used to reduce signal noise, hum, and hiss when you are not playing.

Off - Disables the gate function completely.

Mild - A soft gate, when minimal noise attenuation is needed. The gate's threshold is linked to the Drive knob for best results at any setting.

Clamp - A hard, clamping gate with a quick response to cut out all noise between notes. The gate's threshold is linked to the Drive knob for best results at any setting.

Echo Park

Based on the award-winning DL4 Delay Modeler, Echo Park is loaded with unbelievable sounding models including Analog, Tape, and Digital Delay. Different delay patterns such as slap, ping pong, swell, and sweep can be adjusted with the twist of a knob, and the Mod dial can be tweaked for even more variations. Also features Tap Tempo and stereo ins and outs.

Model Switch - Switching this reconfigures the virtual circuitry inside Echo Park. You get three of the most desired delay sounds on the planet.

Tape - This gives you darker tone with each repeat just like a vintage tape-based echo. And you never have to change tapes!

Digital - This gives you straight up echoes, with crystal clear digital fidelity.

Analog - Designed to give you a vintage analog “bucket brigade” delay sound, with its classic warmth and warble. Trails Switch - Set this on to keep Echo Park's processing engaged while in bypass, so your echoes smoothly trail away when you kick the effect off.

Mix - Turn the knob up (clockwise) for louder echoes, or down for quieter ones.

Repeat - You get 1 repeat at the minimum setting, and infinite repeats that swirl around when the knob is all the way up.

Time - This knob gives you a range of spacings for your echoes from 53 milliseconds (close together) through 2.2 seconds (way far apart). You can use Tap Tempo to reach Echo Park's maximum time of 2.5 seconds.

Mod - Turn this knob up to get some delicious stereo modulation on your echoes. Each model has its own type of stereo modulation:

  • Analog has Vibrato
  • Digital has Chorus
  • Tape has Wow & Flutter

Function Control Knob

Normal - your taps are treated as quarter notes, so you hear your echoes coming back at the same speed you tapped the footswitch.

Tap eighth note triplet - This setting lets you tap quarter notes, while the echoes come back doing 8th note triplets. Sweet!

Tap dotted eighth note - You tap quarter notes, your echoes come back as dotted 8th notes.

Slap - This is the place for a speedy slap back echo. The Time knob's range is automagically changed to be 10 to 150 milliseconds. You can Tap Tempo quarter notes, and get 16th note echoes.

Swell - This adds an auto volume swell along with your echoes. Dreamy.

Sweep - Add this sweeping filter to the feedback loop of your echoes and you'll be glad you did!

Ducking - The volume of your echoes is “ducked” (reduced) while you're playing, and increases when you stop. This is handy to avoid mud-tone.

Multi 1 - Uses multiple delay “taps” to give you a rhythmic pattern of echoes.

Multi 2 - Another multi-tap rhythmic variation.

Ping Pong - Alternating left and right taps

Reverse - Just like the backwards tape tricks on our favorite albums, this flips your input signal around and sends it back to you in reverse. Use it live, and folks are sure to be impressed.

Tap Tempo - Put your foot to work and get your echoes in the groove! Using the innovative ToneCore double-action footswitch, you can tap a couple times and have your echoes match your tempo. Whether the effect is active or bypassed, you can tap the footswitch lightly to set delay time. Your first two taps establish the tempo and any additional taps will be averaged in.

Any time the Tap Tempo switch is used to alter the delay, the tapped value overrides the current setting of the Time knob. Whenever the Time knob is turned, it overrides the last value entered with the Tap Tempo switch. Echo Park's indicator light flashes the tempo in green when the effect is ON and amber when the effect is OFF.

Tap Tremelo

The ToneCore Tap Tremolo pedal gives you pulsating tremolo just like you've always wanted. Using the Tap Tempo feature, along with adjustable dynamic speed control, peak setting, depth, and shape, your tone will chop, slice, and dice like no other. You can choose from three pulse-pounding models: Opto Tremolo, Bias Tremolo, or Stereo Panning.

Model Switch - You get different types of pulverizing tremolo. Flick the switch to reconfigure the virtual circuitry inside Tap Tremolo, then stand back!

Opto - Here's a vintage Opto circuitry-style tremolo sound like you'd find built into mid-60's American amplifiers.

Bias - This model creates a vintage bias circuitry style tremolo sound you'd find in late 50's and British amplifiers.

Pan - This model makes your sound pan back and forth between left and right outputs.

Speed - Adjusts the speed of the tremolo pulse from slow to fast.

Depth - At low settings, you'll get a subtle variation of your guitar volume. At high settings, your volume will dip to silence with each pulse.

Peak - A peak follower changes your effect's speed so it goes faster as you play louder, and slower as you play softer. As a note decays, you'll hear the tremolo speed slow to match the setting of the speed knob.

Shape - Turn the knob toward the left for a smooth sine wave tremolo that gradually varies your volume up and down, or left for a for a hard-chopping square wave that dramatically switches from loud to quiet.

Tap Tempo - Using the innovative ToneCore double-action footswitch, you can tap a couple times and have the pulsations match your tempo. Whether the effect is active or bypassed, you can tap the footswitch lightly to set your tempo. Your first two taps establish the tempo and any additional taps will be averaged in.

Any time the Tap Tempo switch is used, the tapped value overrides the current setting. Whenever the knob is turned, it overrides the last value entered with the Tap Tempo switch. The Tap Tremolo indicator light flashes the tempo in green when the effect is ON and amber when the effect is OFF.

Space Chorus

Get your hands on tones that are truly orbital with the Space Chorus pedal. Space Chorus features three models all based on vintage and modern analog effects: Chorus, Tri, and Vibrato. Tweak your sound with adjustable speed, shape, and depth. Space Chorus also features stereo ins and outs and Tap Tempo to keep your luscious swirling tone in time.

Model Switch - Give this a flick to reconfigure the virtual circuitry inside Space Chorus, and enjoy three distinctly different “flavors.”

Chorus - This model lets you get tones in the style of both vintage and modern analog chorus units with “bucket brigade” electronics. Feed it a mono in, and you'll get chorused sound on the left, and unprocessed “dry” sound on the right. Feed it stereo, and you'll get processed sound to both left and right outputs.

Tri - Get thick, richly modulated tone from this model based on the legendary multi-voiced chorus unit that's a treasured “secret weapon” in many great studios.

Vibrato - This model gives a warbling pitch variation to your sound, in the style of no-dry-mix vibrato units.

Speed - Adjusts the effect sound from a slow sweep to a speedy warble.

Depth - Dial in the amount of effect, from subtle to dramatic.

Color - The Color knob simultaneously adjusts many behind the scenes details of the sounds and works differently for each model:

  • With the Chorus model, the Color knob lets you go from vintage analog tones (knob pointing left) to more modern chorus sounds (knob pointing right).
  • For the Tri model, color gives you a choice from warm and mellow sound to shimmering and bright.
  • For Vibrato, color works more like a three-way switch for Vintage, Blue and Euro style sounds as shown.

Tap Tempo - Get your swirling chorus groove on! Using the innovative ToneCore double-action footswitch, you can tap a couple times and have the pulsations match your tempo.

Space Chorus' indicator light flashes the tempo in green when the effect is ON and amber when the effect is OFF.

Crunch Tone

If you like warm, full-bodied overdrive, Crunchtone features three juicy models: Blues, Pop and Crunch. Based on Line 6's arsenal of power tube overdrive models, Crunchtone also give you a simple yet versatile tone control for easy tweaking, and a built-in Noise Gate.

Model Switch - Switching this instantly reconfigures Crunchtone. You get three of the juiciest overdrive sounds this side of Tejas!

Blues - Designed to produce a glassy, snappy 6L6-style overdrive tone for playing the blues.

Pop - Just the thing when you need a nice, 60's-style Class-A pop/rock bark.

Crunch - Gives a punchy, slightly compressed overdrive tone, much like what you'd get from a British-style full stack amp-and-cab setup.

Gate - Switching this instantly reconfigures Crunchtone. You get three of the juiciest overdrive sounds this side of Tejas!

    Off - Disables the Gate.

Gate 1 - A soft and mild noise gate, self-adjusting to your current Drive knob setting (cool, huh?).

Gate 2 - A heavy, fast-clamping gate. Great for those aggressive metal chords and palm muting.

Level - This sets the output level. Crunchtone has plenty of output to spare, so if you crank the Level knob, you can score some extra overdrive from the amp your feeding it to.

Bass - Add more lows to your sound by turning this knob up, or reduce it by turning the knob down. Point the knob straight up to leave your tone unaltered.

Treble - Just like the Bass knob, only it's working the highs.

Drive - The Drive knob controls the amount of distortion created within your Crunchtone.

Uber Metal

Über Metal brings you massive amounts of gain in one tiny, tough package. You can chose from some of the best Line 6 high-gain tones from HD147 and Vetta II including Metal, Pulverize, and Insane. Also included with the Über Metal is a built-in selectable noise gate, and scoop control for massive tonal contouring.

Model Switch - Give this a flick to reconfigure the destructive power of Über Metal.

Metal - creates screaming distortion, from heavy grind to molten metal! Bow down, infidels.

Pulverize - gives you a distortion similar to a high-gain tube amp. Mmmm, it's warm and meaty!

Insane - has more skin-peeling gain and sustain than anything else available. For the inner Samurai-shredder in all of us.

Level - This sets the output level. Higher levels will hit the amp or effect fed by the Über Metal will more signal level, giving your more volume.

Mid & Scoop - Mid chooses a frequency from 250Hz to 4kHz. Scoop then removes sound at this frequency, with maximum scoop at the fully clockwise setting. Turn it fully counter-clockwise for a slight mid boost.

Drive - This controls the amount of distortion created within your Über Metal. Especially when you've got it set high, you may need to use the Gate to tame unwanted noise.

Bass & Treble - Bass and Treble are controls for your low and high frequencies.

Gate

    Off - Disables the Gate.

Gate 1 - A soft and mild noise gate, self-adjusting to your current Drive knob setting.

Gate 2 - A heavy, fast-clamping gate. Great for those aggressive metal chords and palm muting.

Constrictor

Give your favorite tone a major squeeze with the new ToneCore Constrictor. Choose from three versatile compressor models including Compact, Squeeze, and Mellow all based on classic analog compressors from the ‘60s, ‘70s and ‘80s.

Compressor Dynamics Model Switch - This switch reconfigures the virtual circuitry inside Constrictor to give you three distinctly different “flavors”:

Compact - Is based on vintage stompbox compressors from the `70s and gives you a slight mid frequency boost. The virtual circuitry of the Constrictor is automagically reconfigured to run a 37:1 compression ratio, 10ms fast attack & 295ms slow release time when this model is run.

Squeeze - Gives you `80s stompbox-style compression with a pleasant treble boost. It runs a 19:1 compression ratio, 31ms slow attack & 98ms fast release time.

Mellow - Model is the place to be when you're in the mood for a classic tube compressor sound, with a nice, flat frequency response. It's got 3:1 compression ratio, 10ms fast attack & 82ms fast release time.

Level - This sets the output level. Higher levels will hit the amp or effect fed by the Constrictor with more signal level, giving your more volume.

Gate - With this knob at minimum (fully counter-clockwise) the noise gate is off. Turn up a bit to low settings, and the gate should be appropriate. Use high settings when there's more noise to tame, or you want to aggressively clamp to silence at the end of notes or chords.

Sustain - Set this at minimum to even out the difference between your loud and quiet playing a bit, without changing sustain too much. Or max it out to bring pretty much everything to the same level, with super sustain.
