The Hoochee-Mama

'The Hoochee-Mama" is an all handwired, point-to-point, world class overdrive unit with specially selected components for maximum guitar tone. It has a large super broght yellow LED for daylight gigs and a true bypass footswitch. It can be used as a boost or as a stand alone overdrive. The "More" control is the volume which also adds some gain like the "Jive" control which is a sweet presenece. Both give minimal gain as increased like the preamp section of a good tube amp, but with clarity. "Spank" will give you pure creamy overdrive and excellent note seperation without being muddy. The Hoochie-Mama loves single coils as well as humbuckers and bass players will like her nice fat bottom, too. So have fun as you tweak the controls to find your sweet spot on your Hoochee-Mama.'

ABOUT THE CONTROLS---The MORE control is the volume which also adds subtle gain.The JIVE control provides a sweet presence.Both give minimal gain as increased, like the preamp section on a good vintage tube amp. The SPANK is a touch sensitive gain control capable of producing pure creamy liquid overdrive without being muddy. The Hoochee-Mama has excellent note separation and is essentially a preamp in a pedal form.The Hoochee-Mama loves single coils, as well as humbuckers, and can be used as a boost to make other pedals sound bigger, or as a stand alone overdrive.
