Steve Vai talks about Zappa audition - very cool video of Mr. Vai outside of Berkley talking about his audition with Frank Zappa and the importance of his education and practice dedication. He talks of how demanding it was and how pop quiz like it was when Frank auditioned him. Imagine being 20 auditioning for Frank Zappa and having play back a line to him in 7/8 time reggae style !
