Vox Saturator Update!
Posted : June 30th, 2008 by toyz
Vox Saturator Update! – A representative from Vox stopped by with the Saturator proto-type and we finally got to crank it up ! The instant response was a huge home run, it has tons of gain for Satch type solo’s, but you can dial it down very nicely for a jangle crunch ala AC30, the boost just push’s anything you dial in to the next level. It also just has a very high tech, cool look to it, they definitely did their homework on this. Satch actually was VERY involved with 28 proto-type re-designs ! PRE-ORDER now we are one of only 4 places you can pre-order they will be limited ! Ships July ! Picture of the actual unit we played on Friday ! GotoVox Saturator

Posted : June 24th, 2008 by toyzMusic Toyz.com Video of the Week ! – I wrote an article a few months back about the sad state of today’s music that was met with a lot of strong comment. I must say after viewing this guys video I must retort that there is hope and for good reason. Not that he is playing Jimi Songs but just for the sheer fact he is young (16 ? 18?), full of piss and vineger, and has chops. You don’t get chops like that playing Guitar Hero, he has put in some time, worked at it, he has passion, and above all it has value to him ! We only hope there is an army of others behind him ready to wail, create, invent and push music foward for all us old geezers ! Click on the Picture for Video !
Vintage from the UK

Vintage from the UK- Trev Wilkinson of Wilkinson parts has aided Vintage Guitars in the design of their Vintage style guitars. Vintage instruments draw heavily on the “classic” electric guitar shapes and with the inclusion of Wilkinson pickups and parts create an incredible playing guitar. The value of their overseas line is just incredible for the street price of about $500 you can not beat them for fun and tone ! What really makes the difference is being, from the outset, determined NOT just to build down to a price, but instead to build something that is toneful, and correct. GotoVintage from the UK
