Music Noyz.com Artist - The Ribbon Device

Posted : August 31st, 2007 by toyz

The Ribbon Device started early 2004, as the brainchild of Mat Creedon (vox & guitar). Along the way there has been an ever evolving line up of musicians and trusty companions. The vocals are wonderful and the production sparse and tight. I like this band its original and they just sound like a band that has something going on. Eels, PIL and Radio Head fans check this out ! NEW Vox AC15 Hand Wiried Combo !

Posted : August 21st, 2007 by toyz

NEW Vox AC15 Hand Wiried Combo ! - Your search for the Holy Grail of VOX tone ends here. To commemorate the 50th Anniversary of VOX guitar amplifiers, VOX is pleased to introduce the first of a new Heritage Collection of hand-wired amplifiers– the AC15H1TV. Rather than just a typical reissue where a vintage amp is dusted off and copied, this amplifier, like the others in the Heritage Collection, transports you through the golden age of VOX tone, combining the prized EF86 preamp channel of 1958 with the 1963 Top Boost channel all in one amplifier. Add in some modern tone shaping control enhancements and the result is perhaps the finest VOX amplifier in the company’s 50 year history. GotoVox AC15 Hand Wiried Combo

The Retro Sonice New Delay pedal

Posted : August 16th, 2007 by toyz

Retro-Sonice Delay - The new Retro-Sonic Analog Delay is based on the now out of production DM-2 circuit. That was the starting point for the design. It has the usual controls, delay time, level and repeats. An additional control alters the tone of the repeats ( hi cut filter). The unit has been built using two 4096 stage BBDs. (The max delay time is 600ms). Nice and quiet, no clock noises or hiss. GotoThe Retro Sonice New Delay pedal !
